How does ESG work in the world of blue-collar workers? László Nagy, HR Director of B+N Referencia Zrt., presented the “One day on site” program at the Portfolio Sustainable World 2025 conference, which aims to bring employees working at different levels and areas of the company closer together.
As part of the initiative, white-collar workers spend one day in a blue-collar job, thus strengthening mutual understanding and improving cooperation between departments.
László Nagy highlighted: As a continuation of the program, a reverse “role swap” is also planned: cleaners and assembly workers can try out office work. A common language, a common experience!
