B+N: UV MOBILE DISINFECTION CAN COMMENCE ON TRAINS AND TRAMS
“B+N Referencia Zrt. has developed a unique mobile UV sterilization device for the rapid disinfection of public transport vehicles. Production of the first 20-piece series of the equipment suitable for sterilization will be finished by the end of February,” Világgazdaság wrote. With the mobile device, it will take a maximum of one minute to kill 99.9 percent of common pathogenic microorganisms.

B+N Referencia Zrt.’s R&D department is currently working on, among other things, the development of a train disinfector[1] and an unmanned UV disinfector, which will take a maximum of 1 minute to kill 99.9 percent of microorganisms. In 2019, the company’s own research and development department already successfully introduced its innovative cleaning robot, called ROBIN, which was invented for the automated cleaning of large areas, thus helping to carry out largely human-intensive work.
