Another prestigious recognition for Airport Service Budapest Zrt.

The Budapest Airport “Shape of Success” prize-giving ceremony and gala took place in the last days of April. At this event, the enterprises having a role in the successful operations of the airport were awarded in several categories.

Airport Service Zrt. won the category of ‘Best Airport Service Provider’. The core activity of the company is airport cleaning which is carried out by B+N Referencia Zrt. Last year, ASQ, an independent international quality management institute, conducted a survey on the cleanliness of airports based on the opinion of passengers. The results show that Budapest Airport does an excellent job in this field, outperforming the airports in Prague, Vienna or Geneva.

Airport cleaning is the ‘gem’ of the company and a permanent reference. The firm keeps 80,000 square metres made up of various surfaces clean in the Ferenc Liszt Airport.

The equipment named ROBIN R3000 was designed by B+N’s research & development department. This equipment makes the efficient cleaning of large, continuous area possible. The ROBINs highly popular among the passengers will soon make their debut at the airport in Prague as well.
