It is a commonplace that Czechia is full of beautiful cultural sights, buildings and institutes. Two of these outstanding attractions are kept clean by the Czech subsidiary of B+N.

A ‘must-see’ part of every visit to Prague is the Klementinum founded by the Jesuits in 1556 and located in the most popular area of the Old Town, right next to the Charles Bridge. Among the beautiful Baroque walls in one of the largest building complexes in Europe, the order established a school which was later upgraded into a university. Besides classrooms and bedrooms, a library, a printing house, a pharmacy, a theatre and, naturally, church buildings were also built. The institute was merged with the Charles University in 1654 and hosted the Faculty of Philosophy and Theology. It has been accommodating the National Library of the Czech Republic since 1930.

The cleaning of an outstanding institute in Prague: an indoor area of 50,000 square metres, 17,000 square metres of window surface and snow removal

“We are really proud that we have been responsible for the cleaning of this outstanding institute since August 2022. We have a serious job here: keeping an area of 50,000 square metres and a window surface of 17,000 m² clean. Our company is also contracted for the cleaning of exterior surfaces and snow removal in winter” Libor Holik, CEO of B+N Referencia’s subsidiaries in Czechia and Slovakia revealed further details.

B+N cleans the most illustrious spa of Czechia

Janské Lázně owes its name to its medicinal thermal water discovered in 1006! Jan Adolf Schwarzenberg established the most illustrious spa of Czechia in the 17^th century. This was the time when the construction of the first spa buildings started. The institute earned a worldwide reputation at the beginning of the 20^th century due to the effective treatments of poliomyelitis. The spa carries on this tradition, quality and experience: the spa water and therapies greatly contribute to the successful treatment of locomotor disorders, the diseases of the nervous system, sclerosis multiplex and respiratory diseases.

B+N cleans a total of 10,000 square metres in this beautiful building complex, including the hotel area, the wellness centre, the restaurant and the café.

The largest Hungarian facility operator expands further in Western Europe

B+N Referencia Zrt. increased its ownership stake in Airport Service Budapest Zrt. to 100 percent by purchasing the shares of its partners. In addition to its previous 33.4 percent stake, the company also bought the 33.4 percent stake of Civil Security Service Zrt. and the 33.2 percent stake of Valton-Sec Zrt.
