The establishment of our Fit-Out business branch was necessitated by the increased investment tasks.

The demand for larger or more technically complex works came primarily from the partners of the Technical Operation business unit. To meet this, a new business line has been launched to complement the existing team of experts, which is also able to fulfill other orders with its independent activities.

During our work, whether based on a specific contract or our supplementary general contracting activities, we provide the best professional background for the full implementation and coordination of investment processes with the help of our trained specialists, specialized subcontractors and supplier partners. During the implementation of the projects, we take care of the high-level coordination of the fields of architecture, electrical and building engineering, and the ordering and delivery of the materials to be installed.

By managing our fit-out business, the planned investments are realized within the imagined budget and time frame in such a way that they fully meet both the customer’s expectations and the relevant professional and legal requirements.
