B+N Group, Hungary’s leading facility management company, has appointed a new International HR Director. From 1 October, Beáta Ujvári is responsible for overseeing both the Hungarian and international human resources strategy of the Group.
With 25 years of professional experience, Beáta Ujvári takes over the management of B+N Group’s HR operations. She joined the management team of the leading facility management service provider in the Central and Eastern European region as HR Director on 1 October. Throughout her career, she has worked for major international corporations such as General Electric and Reckitt Benckiser, and played a key role in the international expansion of Szentkirályi Mineral Water.
As a new member of B+N Group, she will contribute to the company’s continued growth with her strategic and innovative approach. In her new role, her professional focus will centre on digital and data-driven HR solutions, with particular emphasis on the practical application of artificial intelligence. She is also committed to fostering a workplace culture that is people-oriented, supportive, and inspiring.
